Mr. Roth has experience in compilations, reviews and audits of financial statements; forensic accounting, fraud investigation, and business valuation services.

His experience in various areas includes, but is not limited to, valuation legal entities, valuation of commercial business entities, valuation of limited liability companies, calculation of damages resulting from securities transactions, asset allocation and suitability determination in securities litigation, accounting malpractice claims, calculation of damages resulting from personal injuries, calculation of lost profits, calculation of damages in contract disputes, forensic analysis of construction projects and calculation of present value of projected future medical costs.

Mr. Roth received his Certified Public Accountant certification in July 2014. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He was designated a Certified Fraud Examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners in January 2017 and a Certified Valuation Analyst by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts in March 2018.

The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants designated Mr. Roth as Accredited in Business Valuation in May 2018.
